Disclosure of Additional Notary Service Fees

The following additional fees may apply to notary services under certain circumstances. These fees are in addition to standard notary service charges and will be disclosed and agreed upon prior to service when applicable.:

• Additional Signer Fee:  A $25 fee applies for each additional signer beyond the primary signing party.
• Witness Fee:  A fee of $25 per witness will be applied for each witness provided. No fee will be charged if the notary serves as a witness.
• Notary Seal/Act:  A $25 fee applies to each additional notarial act beyond the original document 
• Same-Day Rush Request Fee:  Requests for same-day service are subject to a $50 rush fee.
• Same-Day Cancellation Fee:  A $50 cancellation fee may apply to any appointment canceled on the same day of service or within one hour of the scheduled time, unless the appointment is rescheduled.
• Failure-to-Sign Fee: A $75 fee will be assessed if the signer does not complete the signing during the scheduled appointment. This fee covers time, travel, and administrative costs associated with the incomplete signing.
• Rescheduling Fee:  A $25 fee may be applied if the appointment is to be rescheduled following an incomplete  signing or missed appointments. 
• Courier Delivery Fee:  A standard courier fee of $25 applies for document delivery within a 20-mile radius of the appointment location. An additional $25 will be charged for every additional 20-mile increment beyond the initial radius.
